TERMS-SPECIFIC WORDS
污染物事件 (wūrǎn wù shìjiàn): Pollution Event (or pollution incidents). Caused by Pollution Sources or Pollutants.
Pollution Source: As the name suggests a pollution source is a place from which pollution is propagated and will pollute humans. It’s a deep-rooted imprint on a place. It will continue to emit pollution and give rise to more than one pollutant.
Pollutant: infected people, mutants can become pollutants when they exceed 100% pollution, higher the pollution and higher will be the intelligence of the pollutant. With low pollution it will be lol stupid? and very predictable, instictivly hunting humans.
Mutant: infected people that didn’t mutate, they gain a special ability. The more they use their ability higher the chance of accellerating the pollution level.

CENTRAL CITY
收容中心 (shōuróng zhōngxīn): Containment Center, used for the 1-week isolation of possibly infected people. It has a shelter zone for emergencies. It’s part of the Pollution Control Center.
Disctrict S: All the mutants who live in S District are those whose pollution level is so high that it cannot be controlled, or they even have extreme mental problems.
